Class Details

We are following current COVID-19 protocols for businesses of our type.

We recommend age 10 and up for this special event. All guests ages 7-17 years old must be accompanied by a painting adult. The beer and wine bar will be open and available for age appropriate guests (must be 21 to purchase alcohol). Light snacks are available for purchase as well!
Please read the following IMPORTANT info:

Arrival Time & Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start time of this class, so that we can start and end on time. Anyone arriving any later than 15 minutes after the start time may have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be credited for late arrivals and no shows. Thank you for your understanding!

Food and Beverage Policy: Guests are welcome to bring snacks, appetizers, and meals into the studio to enjoy during class (we ask that you keep your food at your seat during class). Beer, wine, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are available for purchase from the studio's bar. Since some of our guests choose not to drink, drinks are not included in the price of the class. CA law does not permit BYOB.

**Cancellation Policy:
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: All reservations are non-refundable. A credit for a future class will only be granted with 24 hours' advance notice. This policy applies only to parties of 3 or less. For parties of more than 3, at least one-week's advance notice is required in order to obtain class credit. Sorry, no refunds.

**Government Shutdown Policy:
While we regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you, our Pinot's Palette cancellation policy is as follows: In-studio classes cancelled due to mandated government shutdown, inclement weather or other emergencies will automatically be replaced with a live virtual class or class recording. Sorry no refunds.
