This painting will be offered on an 11x14-inch canvas. Seating is limited. Please read this entire disclosure prior to purchase:

THIS OFFERING IS FOR THE ‘IN-STUDIO’ EVENT. THIS OFFERING DOES NOT INCLUDE BEVERAGES OF ANY TYPE. NO BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED INTO THE VENUE. THE COST IS PER PAINTER. AS OF JUNE 15, 2021 A MASK IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO THE EVENT IF YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED. SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL NO LONGER BE MOITORED OR OBSERVED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE RULES AS PER THE OC DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL OR OTHER FEDERAL MANDATE.

BAR AND REGISTRATION CHECK-IN:
Registration check-ins will begin approximately 30-45 minutes prior to the start of any event. The bar will also be available at this time should you choose to come early and hang out for a bit. PLEASE PLAN YOUR VISIT ACCORDINGLY. LATE ARRIVALS OF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE EVENT.

INCLEMENT WEATHER (For Outdoor Events ONLY):
We have the capability to withstand some inclement weather. This venue is under a 60x10 tent with flexibility for side, front and rear closures (or "walls"). High winds in excess of 15 MPH may require us to postpone the event. Excessive rains of more than a half-inch per hour may require same. We do have outdoor heating available and dependent upon the weather we will make it available. Please dress appropriately for the weather. We have the option to change the venue to an In-Studio event at our discretion and with little to no advance notice.

Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic and changing orders either from the State and/or Federal levels may change the outcome, availability or venue for this offering. We reserve the right to make last minute changes up to two hours prior to the event or with little to no notice whatsoever.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS:
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED. YOU MAY HOWEVER REQUEST TO TRANSFER YOUR SEATS TO ANOTHER NAME OR TRANSFER YOUR SEATS TO ANOTHER CLASS CURRENTLY POSTED ON OUR EVENT CALENDAR. REQUESTS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE STUDIO AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT AT: HB@pinotspalette.com
Requests received after the 48-hour deadline will not be accepted.

SAFE PRACTICES:
Our venue will be cleaned, sanitized and prepared in accordance with the safety guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control, OSHA and the OC Department of Health.
